By accessing, registering for, or using GOWA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1 Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, form the complete agreement between you and GOWA regarding your use of our services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using GOWA in any manner, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms
- You have the authority to enter into this agreement
- If acting on behalf of an organisation, you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms
1.3 Electronic Agreement
You agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes a valid and binding agreement, equivalent to a handwritten signature.
2. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
The WhatsApp integration platform for GoHighLevel provided by GoSkylevel and Vezzur, including all features, tools, and functionalities.
The third-party customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform operated by HighLevel Inc.
The messaging service operated by WhatsApp LLC, a subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Any individual or entity that registers for, accesses, or uses GOWA services.
A connected WhatsApp and GoHighLevel account pair within your GOWA subscription.
Any data, text, images, documents, or other materials transmitted through the Service.
3. Service Description
3.1 What GOWA Provides
GOWA is a WhatsApp integration service that connects your WhatsApp account(s) to your GoHighLevel account(s), enabling you to:
- Send and receive WhatsApp messages through GoHighLevel
- Synchronise conversations between WhatsApp and GHL
- Automate WhatsApp messaging through GHL workflows
- Manage WhatsApp communications from within the GHL interface
- Deliver template messages and rich media content
3.2 Integration Service
GOWA functions as an integration layer between WhatsApp and GoHighLevel. We do not operate or control either WhatsApp or GoHighLevel. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service and policies.
3.3 Service Limitations
GOWA's functionality is dependent on the availability and features of both WhatsApp and GoHighLevel. Changes to either platform may affect GOWA's capabilities. We will endeavour to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in all circumstances.
4. Eligibility & Registration
4.1 Eligibility Requirements
To use GOWA, you must:
- Be old enough to have a valid WhatsApp account in your jurisdiction (typically 16 years in the EU/UK, 13 years elsewhere)
- Have an active WhatsApp account
- Have an active GoHighLevel account
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
4.2 Registration
To access GOWA, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
4.3 Account Verification
We may require verification of your identity or account details. Failure to provide requested verification may result in restricted access to the Service.
5. Account Responsibilities
5.1 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
- Ensuring your connected WhatsApp and GHL accounts remain secure
5.2 Account Sharing
Your GOWA account credentials are personal to you and should not be shared. If you require multiple users to access the Service, please contact us about appropriate account arrangements.
5.3 Multiple Accounts
You may connect multiple WhatsApp and GoHighLevel account pairs (subaccounts) to your GOWA account, subject to your subscription plan. Each subaccount is billed separately according to your pricing tier.
5.4 Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when registering and using the Service. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Subscription & Pricing
6.1 Pricing Tiers
GOWA offers tiered pricing based on the number of subaccounts:

6.2 What's Included

6.3 Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for discounted pricing as advertised.
6.4 Taxes
All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. VAT and any other applicable taxes will be added to your invoice based on your location and applicable tax laws.
6.5 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When downgrading, you will retain access to your current tier until the end of your billing period. Upon renewal at the lower tier, you will lose access to subaccounts exceeding your new plan's allowance.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe in your region.
7.2 Billing
By subscribing to GOWA, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually). Charges will occur at the beginning of each billing period.
7.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will:
- Notify you of the failed payment
- Provide a 7-day grace period to update your payment information
- Attempt to process the payment again
If payment is not received within the grace period, your account may be suspended until payment is made.
7.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Money-Back Guarantee
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with GOWA for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
8.1 Eligibility
The money-back guarantee applies only to:
- New subscriptions (first-time purchases)
- Requests made within 7 days of the initial payment
8.2 Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Subscription renewals
- Upgrades or additional subaccounts added after the initial 7-day period
- Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms
8.3 Refund Process

8.4 No Other Refunds
Except for the 7-day money-back guarantee, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods, unused features, or account downgrades.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
9.1 Permitted Use
You may use GOWA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, WhatsApp's Terms of Service, and GoHighLevel's Terms of Service.
9.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use GOWA to:
Spam and Unsolicited Messages: Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or any form of unwanted communication. All recipients must have opted in to receive messages from you.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Send harassing, abusive, threatening, or defamatory content
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
- Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
9.3 Content Restrictions
You must comply with WhatsApp's content policies. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Violent or graphic content
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Misinformation or deceptive content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
9.4 Rate Limits
GOWA operates within WhatsApp's rate limits and messaging guidelines. Excessive messaging volumes that violate WhatsApp's policies may result in restrictions on your account by WhatsApp and/or GOWA.
10. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance
10.1 WhatsApp Terms
Your use of GOWA is subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy. You are responsible for understanding and complying with these terms. WhatsApp's terms are available at whatsapp.com/legal.
10.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your messaging practices comply with WhatsApp's policies
- Obtaining proper consent from message recipients
- Maintaining compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy
- Any consequences arising from your use of WhatsApp through GOWA
Account Bans: If you violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Meta/WhatsApp may ban your WhatsApp account. GOWA has no control over WhatsApp's enforcement actions and cannot restore banned accounts. You remain responsible for any fees owed to GOWA regardless of WhatsApp account status.
10.3 Policy Changes
WhatsApp and Meta may change their policies at any time. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes that affect GOWA users, but you are responsible for staying informed about WhatsApp's current policies.
11. Third-Party Services
11.1 Integration Dependencies
GOWA integrates with third-party services, including:
- WhatsApp/Meta: Messaging infrastructure
- GoHighLevel: CRM platform
- Stripe: Payment processing
11.2 Third-Party Terms
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. GOWA is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third parties.
11.3 Service Changes
Third-party services may change, limit, or discontinue features that affect GOWA's functionality. While we will work to maintain service continuity, we cannot guarantee that all features will remain available if third-party services change.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 GOWA's Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the GOWA platform, including software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by GoSkylevel and Vezzur or their licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.
12.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you transmit through GOWA. We do not claim ownership of your messages, customer data, or business information. We do not access, read, or analyse your message content except as necessary for service delivery.
12.3 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use GOWA for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
12.4 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks without written permission
13. Data & Privacy
13.1 Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13.2 Your Data
We do not access, read, store, or analyse the content of your WhatsApp messages except for temporary processing required for message delivery. You remain the controller of your customer data.

14. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the GOWA service. However, as an integration service, our availability is dependent on the availability of WhatsApp and GoHighLevel. When WhatsApp is operational, GOWA is operational.
14.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance to improve the Service. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance through our website, platform announcements, or email.
14.3 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any downtime, interruptions, or service degradation caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

15.4 Limitations
Our support does not cover issues related to WhatsApp account bans, GoHighLevel platform problems, or general technical support for systems outside of GOWA.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important: Please read this section carefully as it limits our obligations to you.
16.1 "As Is" Basis
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
16.2 No Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Warranties of non-infringement
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

We make no warranties regarding WhatsApp, GoHighLevel, or any other third-party services integrated with GOWA. Any issues with third-party services are subject to those providers' terms and support processes.
17. Limitation of Liability
17.1 Exclusion of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOWA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
- Damages arising from WhatsApp account bans or restrictions
- Damages arising from third-party service failures
17.2 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
17.3 Jurisdictional Variations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GOWA, GoSkylevel, Vezzur, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of WhatsApp's or GoHighLevel's terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your content or messaging practices
- Any third-party claims related to your use of the Service
19. Termination
19.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your GOWA account at any time by:
- Cancelling your subscription through your account settings

Upon termination, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, unless you request immediate termination.
19.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to GOWA will be revoked
- Your personal data will be deleted within 72 hours
- Any outstanding fees remain due
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
19.3 No Termination by GOWA
GOWA does not terminate user accounts except in cases of severe Terms violations or as required by law. We believe in working with our users to resolve issues rather than terminating accounts.
20. Dispute Resolution
20.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.
20.2 Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing other remedies. Mediation shall be conducted in the United Kingdom by a mutually agreed mediator.
20.3 Legal Proceedings
If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts specified in Section 21.
20.4 Time Limit
Any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
21. Governing Law
21.1 Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
21.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 20, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
21.3 Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights or your right to bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
22. Changes to Terms

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.
23.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, except as expressly provided.
